For the moment, we sell our digital products and services only on our Etsy shop. If you have any problems with your order, please contact their support team. Our WordPress themes are released under GNU General Public License. You have the right to use Creative Summer Studio themes for personal or commercial projects, on as many sites/domains/customers you want.
All products and final design files & concepts are the property of Creative Summer Studio. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products or design files & concepts, modified or unmodified.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we can not offer refunds or exchanges. Although, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com to see how we can find a solution that satisfies both sides.
Please have in mind that all the Creative Summer Studio WordPress themes require a self-hosted WordPress.org (this means you need to have a domain, a hosting, and a WordPress installed before purchasing, our themes don’t work on WordPress.com). Please read the product description and the contract terms before you make the purchase and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
We’ve worked very hard to build Creative Summer Studio themes to look & work great and help you grow your blog & business and we really hope you’ll enjoy your experience with them. We know it can be hard to set up your website, so we want to offer you all the friendly support you need for going live with your website very easy & fast, so you can continue doing what you know to best.
However, there are some things we can not help you with, so below you can read what our support system covers.
Scope of support:
We can help you with:
– theme installation & setup like in the demo site
– making any of the theme functionality work as shown in its demo site
– theme updates
– WordPress updates and their impact on our themes
– bug fixes
Sadly, we can not help you with:
– general WordPress support (you can read the WordPress forum here)
– third parties plugins support (please read their documentation and contact their authors for any questions)
– any customizations for your website
– any problems you might have after changing the original files of the theme(you should use your child theme for customizations)
– server problems and configurations
Support channel & hours:
We’ll provide lifetime support via emails sent at email@example.com. If you contact us through any other channels(contact form, social media, etc.) your support ticket might be lost through other messages we might receive. If that happens, please send us again an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to respond back in less than 24 hours(except for the weekends).
We often respond in less than 24 hours(except for the weekends), but we kindly ask you to send your email again if you don’t receive an answer in 48 hours.
Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if necessary. We also update our themes any time we discover a bug or when a new feature has been added to the theme. All the updates are free of charge for the existing customers. We can help you update your theme, but we’re not responsible for any problems you might encounter. Please read the changelogs and backup your website before any update and make sure you have the latest version of WordPress installed.
We’re here to provide you support with installation, setup, and configuration for your theme to work just like on the demo site. We’ll help you to resolve any issues you might have with the installation process, importing demo data functionality, fixing bugs, or making any of the theme functionalities working as shown. However, we reserve the right to offer a reasonable amount of support for each user. Please understand that the definition of reasonable use is determined by Creative Summer Studio at our sole discretion.
